Offshore Production Management

Issue Identified: The client was experiencing hyper growth through the stand up paddle board boom and could not keep up with demand using their existing production processes.

Issue resolved: Through several trips to Asia, key suppliers were identified, vetted, and secured for the production volume and quality required. We worked with the client on their sales cycles to manage production from engineering to QC including import and delivery ensuring on time and successful delivery with a lower than 2% defective rate.

Issue Identified: A century old family farm was in jeopardy of a forced sale.

Issue resolved: We worked with the next generation to create a multiple revenue stream business through accommodation, alcohol manufacturing, sales, and events. To drive demand we helped create and develop an on trend brand which ultimately led to creating a viable and sustainable business within the parameters of multiple governmental agencies.
